Beth is the Managing Attorney at Triple L Law, P.C. She represents clients in both criminal and civil matters. She represents clients and serves as trial counsel for all criminal defense areas including homicide, sexual assaults, DUI, and traffic matters. Beth has a Master of Science in HealthCare Policy and Law providing a unique skill set which she applies in cases involving a health-related issues, and in identifying relevant experts. She specializes in representing clients against whom Adult Protective Services (APS) and Child Protective Services (CPS) has made findings, including through appeal, litigation, and trial. She has handled a number of DORA licensing cases where the regulatory agency sought discipline or license suspension against a licensed professional. She also represents clients in VA compensation claims and most recently settled one of the largest settlements against the VA hospital in Colorado.
Beth is a former Navy Judge Advocate (JAG). While serving in the Navy, Beth served as legal assistance counsel for service members, defense counsel for military justice matters, and served as the Deputy JAG at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego handling command advisement, military justice, and healthcare policy and ethics matters.
After leaving the Navy, Beth earned a Master of Science in HealthCare Policy and Law and has been very active in the healthcare policy community in Denver.
Beth is married with two boys. In her spare time, Beth enjoys spending time with her boys, landscape photography, skiing, and hiking.
